Shipping
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail which means that we have received your order in our system. We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment soon after.
SHIPPING
Please allow up to one week for orders to be processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS/UPS. If a package has been marked "delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later with USPS. If it still has been stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us at puremezclaco@gmail.com and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
To help prevent USPS from losing your package or delivering products to the wrong address, please select the shipping option that includes a tracking number with insurance at check out. In the off-chance USPS does lose or delivers your package to the wrong address, having your tracking number with insurance will make it much easier to file a claim with your USPS carrier in order to find your package or be reimbursed if your product cannot be located. Again, Pure Mezcla will be proactive with you to help locate your lost product but we are not responsible for lost packages once we scan and drop them off to USPS.
All packages that are attempted to be delivered and waiting at your local post office/UPS are also in your care and you are responsible for retrieving the package, paying duties/tax if it applies.
Once the product has arrived safely to you, the product is now in your care. Pure Mezcla is not responsible for jars breaking after it has arrived. Please carefully handle and store them in a safe place to avoid any breakage.
BROKEN ITEM
If an item breaks in transit, please email us with a picture of the damage and your order number and we will be happy to replace it promptly to the best of our ability. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you your preference of a store credit or refund. Please contact us immediately at puremezclaco@gmail.com (Images are needed for refunds)
